Tribeca Loft

Designed for Ideas of Order Co-founder Jacob Esocoff and his wife, a gallerist, this loft marries architecture and art to create a home within a former manufacturing building built in 1895. Original ornamental molding and factory floors were uncovered and restored as part of the renovation.
