​Ideas of Order was engaged by a non-profit senior housing developer in Chinatown to reimagine an abandoned Greek Revival church as a vibrant, mixed-use community asset. The design study explores strategies to preserve the church’s 19th‑century architecture while introducing more than 140 units of senior housing and a community center that highlights and celebrates the building’s historic interior.
